Our company is a developer and manufacturer of know-how GDPack insulated containers and thermoelements. The unique configuration of the thermoelements ensures the stable location and integrity of the Client's cargo. The use of GDPack thermal equipment guarantees compliance with the transportation temperature at the contract level (our company is one of the few that gives such guarantees).
GDPharm Logistics thermal equipment allows to guarantee the maintenance of proper temperature conditions in extreme conditions up to 96 hours, which is distinct advantage, especially for medicinal drugs and biological samples transportation.
We have 4 types of insulated containers for the thermolabile cargo transportation:
Validation of thermal equipment is carried out at regular intervals according to international standards. For validation and qualification of thermal equipment, the fundamental criteria are the standards of the International Safe Transport Association - ISTA (USA), as well as the use of stress tests (artificial creation of critical conditions) to provide a 100% guarantee of proper transportation.
All insulated containers are made of rigid filling polyurethane foam and polyvinyl chloride, which ensures the strength and reliability of thermal equipment during transportation.
Insulated containers are additionally equipped with a bag-case made of moisture-proof polyester or a corrugated box.
